Karen Saroukhanoff has been a resident of Henderson, Nevada since 1994 and a licensed real estate Broker since 1996 in Nevada and California. Robert and Karen moved to Henderson when he was transferred to be the President of the Nevada Operations of Oltman’s construction company. They both have always been in real estate since their early twenties from selling real estate to real estate development.
In 2006, Karen was awarded Top 100 agents in Clark County. She has listed and sold hundreds of homes in the Las Vegas Valley and Henderson. This involves handling all aspects of real estate transactions such as listing and selling REO bank owned property and short sales. Karen loves to work with first time home buyers and understands them as she once was a first time home buyer herself. After 21 years of being full time real estate Broker, she counts on the referral of many past clients and friends.
Robert and Karen decided to make Seven Hills their home in July 2003. Karen had been given the opportunity to move into the Seven Hills Pavilion in October 2003 which is now Robert Realty, the only real estate office located in Seven Hills. It was a big success to be involved in the Seven Hills community and to be a part of the legacy of Seven Hills. All the land lots were sold from the sales pavilion and after the builders finished the Seven Hills Master subdivision project, they entrusted Robert and Karen to continue with the resale of the homes.
